Welcome to the Dubai Paddling School website. Dubai Paddling School was set up in January 2007 by Pete and Boyan. The objective of the School is to encourage people to learn how to paddle safely and with correct technique so as to enjoy the enormous rewards that come from paddling. DPS is now run by Pete and Haydn as Boyan has returned to Bulgaria - we wish him all the best.
The school offers coaching for paddling fitness and technique to all levels of paddler from the beginner to the advanced paddler with the aim of improving their technique and paddling faster.

The 2008 paddling season is now well under way (see www.dskc.net for club information and race details), it seems a lot of paddlers are aiming for the end of the year where there are a number of races both in Dubai and around the world (keep an eye on www.surfski.info).
Dubai Paddling School is offering free squad training on Monday and Tuesday mornings at 0530 at DSKC. To be eligible for a spot you have to be a financial member of DSKC and be at intermediate to advanced level.
